Chuy DeLeon has more than 20 years experience developing and implementing successful retreats throughout the Archdiocese of Chicago using various elements that keep young people engaged, while inspiring them towards action in and for Christ. Young people will enjoy an experience filled with ice-breakers, talks, videos, live and background music, activities and much more.

This retreat is a listening retreat meant to strengthen a team by offering a safe and healthy space for leaders to share and listen to each other with the objectives of inspiring unity, finding common ground, and contributing to the common vision and mission as a team.
Leadership Training/ Entrenamientos
Chuy DeLeon has more than 20 years experience developing and implementing successful training sessions and courses throughout the Archdiocese of Chicago using various elements that keep leaders engaged. Mr. Deleon is a professor in leadership training at USML and for years directed the Office of Lifelong Formation of the Archdiocese of Chicago.
Transformative Leadership
This is a course made up of four sessions meant to inspire leadership in your ministers in order to help your team confront the most toughest challenges and transitions together, while sharing vision and motivating participation more effectively.
Pastoral Accompaniment
This is a course made up of four sessions that will train your ministers on how to do pastoral accompaniment using the seven movements of the Emmaus Story. It is filled with practical examples, resources, and sharing of best practices.
All the retreats are 1-day 5-hour retreats (including lunch time), unless there is a need for less or extra hours, including over night retreats. A typical retreat would usually be on a Saturday or Sunday from 9 AM - 2 PM.
All Talks are 2 hour talks, unless there is a need to for less or extra hours.
All training sessions are 2 hours long
All courses are 4 sessions long, usually given in a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly basis. Courses could also be given in the form of a weekend retreat or two weekends (two sessions each)
