The Getting Started in Youth Ministry Program is a process intended to equip, train, and empower Parish Youth Ministry Leadership Teams to renew or begin their ministry to youth. 

The process includes 12 steps which are divided into the 4 stages of the EPPI process.  

Evaluating Stage (Step 1)

Preparing Stage: (Steps 2-6)

Planning Stage: (Steps 6-10)

Implementing Stage: (Steps 10-12)

The process would be facilitated in a combination of 6 separate sessions, one mini-retreat and a couple of meetings.  Each session would introduce one or more steps in the process.  Each session would be two hours and presented in a bi-weekly or monthly basis, depending on the size and reality of the team.  The purpose for the breaks in between each session is to give the team time and opportunity to complete several tasks before the next step.

General Donation Guide for Courses

• $75/ hr

• $100 supplies, including prints

• $150 for 2 hours of Administration and Material Prep

• $5 per 20 miles of total travel to and from the event if travel by car. 

• $50 total extra if I provide visual and Sound basic equipment

• $125 per hotel night stay or less if hotel night stays are needed. I can take care of reserving the hotel and will cover any extra costs. I work with Holiday Inn Hotel Network and will do my best in getting the cheapest deals. I can provide copies of reservation receipts if needed.
